One-on-one therapy sessions provide a way to create balance in life and to address triggers and patterns that you’d like to change. During individual therapy sessions, we work together to gently change things in your life that aren’t working in your best interest.

Therapy sessions are done via telehealth, creating the ability to talk with your therapist from the comfort of your own home.The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, to establish goals and to set a plan on how to move forward.
